SULO plastic trash bins are manufactured from high-quality virgin polyethylene (HDPE) using a low-pressure injection molding process. These plastic trash bins with lids are designed in accordance with DIN EN 840-2 and are certified with the RAL GZ 951/1 quality mark.
High-quality polyethylene (primary raw material) ensures high impact resistance, resistance to aggressive environments, low sub-zero temperatures, and is resistant to frequent temperature fluctuations above 0°C. Unlike metal bins, the 1100L plastic wheeled trash bin is corrosion-resistant. Furthermore, these trash bins with lids have a high fire resistance rating; they will not ignite in direct flame, and it would take a great deal of force for them to melt.
The unique side grip (pin) extends across the entire width of the trash bin with lid and rests against the handles, significantly increasing its reliability. The front comb grip is reinforced with a honeycomb-shaped ribbing for maximum strength.
The bottom of the 1100-liter plastic container has four reinforced zones, directed from the wheels to the center, distributing the load evenly (tunnel geometry). The bottom also features a sealed opening that can be opened for easy cleaning of the large waste bin.
The lid has three handles for access from all sides. Side overhangs and drainage slopes in the lid prevent rainwater from entering and prevent the lid from freezing in winter. Various options allow the lid to be optimized for waste sorting.
For easy movement, the wheeled waste bin is equipped with four solid handles, ensuring safe and easy handling even when fully loaded. The handles can be either removable or integrated.
Special UV stabilization prevents fading and maintains the original appearance of large waste containers for a long service life. The smooth surface ensures easy cleaning and washing without requiring any maintenance.
Environmentalists can rest assured that these large waste containers are recyclable and environmentally friendly and do not contain harmful substances such as cadmium.
